Skyrim released in 2011, and almost immediately a small group of dedicated scholars set their minds to answering the ultimate question: "How do we put catgirls in Skyrim?". A difficult challenge indeed, but they were up to the task. It wasn't long before mods began to appear following the eastern philosophy, which involved just taking a normal girl and adding cat ears. Cunning yet simple, it seemed the problem had been solved.

But for some this proved insufficient, and so a secret cabal set to work in hushed tones on a new, western philosophy of catgirls. They approached the problem from the opposite direction, attempting simply to take the already existing Khajiit, and make them hot. Many were lost to madness in those early days, but in time that dark science would bear fruit.

Ten years later and the line between the two schools of thought has become blurred. There are catgirl mods all across the spectrum, and many lose their way trying to navigate. But these times of uncertainy are at an end.

I am pleased to announce that this decade old debate is finally over. After hundreds of hours of grueling research I have managed to produce the mathematically optimal catgirl. I tried once before, but my efforts proved lacking. Now I am wiser, and more powerful.
