Always wanted to be able to fight underwater...
Found a mod the other day on SE called underwaterblast. (it works on LE without any porting) It was great ! a mod with no script that works underwater. The thing is that wasn't found of the ice spear. So i inspired myself from this mod to make mine ( didn't edit his and post, this would be thievery ).
So, i propose my version, lore friendly and existing nature firendly. Got the idea from the gun shrimp or pistol shrimp.
Used a shout to try to mimic the effect of the gun shrimp, at a higher scale.
The spells does 200 health damage.
( You can also use it out of water, but this wouldn't be fair for the poor npcs, it was designed to use with sea of ghosts ) With a water breathing enchant or if your are an argonian, you 'll feel like a megalodon in the water ^^.
You will find the spell tome in the arcaneum of the mage academy. ( see the screen shot for exact location )
There is no script so you don't risk a save bloat if you want to uninstall it.
( edit : can be use while jumping, it wasn't the goal, since the purpose was aquatic, but it's a plus for those who want to use it outside water )
New: Added an optional version of the spell to feel more aquatic, so if you are like me and intend to use it only underwater take the optional one.
Did'nt add any suplementaries effect, no hit sound couln't figure how to make it, but' it's fine as it is. You can still tweak it a litlle with the tutorial provided by Den777777 in the comment section :)
