About this mod

version 2.0 of this mod increases the magnitude of the enchantment of generic staff enchantments,or if the enchantment has no magnitude it increases the duration of the enchantment.
it increases each category of staffs magnitude or duration by about the following amount:

novice +25%.
apprentice +25%.
adept +50%.
exper

the empowered spellbreaker standalone mod doubles Spellbreaker's enchantment magnitude.
the empowered staff of magnus standalone mod makes the Staff of Magnus
drain 60/60 health/magicka per second.
the empowered unique staffs 2.0 standalone mod makes the Staff of Jyrik Gauldurson around 25% more powerful
and makes Halldir's Staff 75% more powerful.

this mod(empowered staffs) also increases the charge cost of the staff enchantments;because i didnt turn off the auto calc when i was increasing the magnitude or power of the enchantments,and when i noticed i was too lazy to correct this.

empowered staffs 2.0 should fix the issue of increasing the charge cost of the staff enchantments.

empowered staffs 2.5 does everything empowered staffs 2.0 does except it makes the Staff of Paralysis only paralyze for 10 seconds,also it makes the Staff of the Healing Hand heal 10 per second,also it makes the Staff of Mending heal 75,because i think that balances them better.
this mod may require skyrim legendary edition to work.
