I love this mod, is it possible to have it with enchantments, boots (with silence and another enchantment), gloves (with dexterity and magic), cuirass (with immunity to poison and disease, magic regeneration 200% and 200% health, strength, magic), helmet (with swimming under water, magic, etc ...). it's about to play the game with the hardest mod. thank you in advance
One of the texture paths in the armor for both males and females is named incorrectly. Chitin_e_ebony.dds should be chitin_e.dds or something like that. Either way I corrected it myself and I'm using this armor as a dawnstar guard replacer. Looks great thanks.
Hey doodaboom, I PM'd you a couple weeks ago and I've seen that you have been on but must not have checked your messages in awhile. I really like this armor and was hoping you would be willing to allow me yo utilize it as a magic user version for the central armor in my main quest in Legacy of the Dragonborn. I've been looking for something for a long time that would fit well with the heavy and light armor options I have, and this would fit the bill nicely if you were willing. Hope you see the post here or check your messages soon. Thanks, just PM me and let me know.
likely because a lot of people who are using mods are playing on expert to legendary difficulty thus wanting the strongest armors etc etc
which means that a lot of people would want to improve their armors to legendary grade armor. Its born out of the necessity of "always being prepared". Also He'd have to do a lot more work adding it to every perk + balancing the armor ratings. besides nobodies going to go to "war" in armor that has barely any armor at all lol
(in case you dont know already) If you're wanting to avoid forging up all together an easy solution to that is this (even though its called "cheating" by most) I call it pragmatism, seeing as smithing only gives you a sense of achievement after the first few runs. when at level 1 use Player.advskill smithing 10000000 in the console, that should get it to 100 instantly and make you level 17 in the process. then use the perk points on smithing + attribute points on whichever you prefer, then use player.setlevel 1 (may have to do it twice to get back to 1) and start your playthrough with a slight advantage (frankly its not much when playing on legendary or the difficulty below it).
Restraint: You dont have to craft the best weapons/armor at the beginning of your playthrough. Would likely ruin immersion anyway.
