This was made mainly so I could have a brighter looking enb for recording but still keep the performance I need

I am uploading this just in case my stuff gets fried, I really like this preset and it performs extremely well, even in situations that are actor heavy

fps is locked to 30 on purpose, unlock it if you want to

I get around 45-60 outdoors with this setup unlocked and It will occasionally stutter, with it locked to 30 its looks and feels smooth the whole time I play

if you don't like the hazy bloom effect you can turn it off, but your gonna miss out I promise you

the particle lights are set to my liking and the bloom goes very nice with it in dungeons you should give it a good chance before you disable it

that's about it, install is super easy
there is a readme file inside the download that tells you exactly what to do

Get the latest binaries and only put the d3d9.dll and ENBhost into your skyrim directory

This ENB is setup to use swiftshader so download it from the nexus:
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78909

once you have it downloaded put it inside your skyrim directory as well

put everything from my skyrim folder and put it into your skyrim folder

I have 4g ram so it is set up for me, however you should open up the enblocal and change
these:

ReservedMemorySizeMb=128
VideoMemorySizeMb=3968

change them to your computers specs

after that, install is done
