Soul Taker Daedric Bow.. As name suggests it takes souls, regardless of who or what it is. This is a GOD Weapon and SHOULD NOT be used in a serious gameplay, only use on a save that you do not care about. It has a 1 hit kill regardless of creature or characters lvl.
Make sure you have empty soul gems available as they will fill up quickly. But this will level you up fast, tested on a lvl 1 character and with 1 shot was lvl 16+. Be wary this used on Dragons can affect Dragon Spawn Scripts. Hence old save. Can not be purchased anywhere in game, Console and search for Soul or Taker, Best to use AddItemMenu as that is a sweet mod.
If yo don't want to level up fast and only fill Soul Gems, then once archery is maxed do not level character up and remain killing to fill up the soul gems. That way you will always stay at level 16-20.
Please NOTE: If dropped by (Accident) It can be picked up by anyone and used against you. Best bet would be to have AutoHarvest Mod running to auto pickup before they do.
Also please DO NOT USE on Miraak, as this will cause his health despawn and respawn to lock him from respawning, thanks to swordman03 for the info.
