Replaces all the vanilla detail (complexion) maps for men's faces (rough 01 & 02, age forty, age forty rough, age fifty) and the age forty and age fifty maps for the women with reworked versions that are more naturalistic.

Have you ever thought that the vanilla detail/complexion maps are a little off, particularly the age version ones? Acutally the male age 40 one isn't too bad but the 'rough' variation is, to my eyes, a bit extreme in terms of the blemishes/pockmarks etc. Also the age 50 looks like a more sun-tanned version of age 40 rather than ten years older.
With the ladies, the forty map is not bad either but a bit too emphatic around the eyes so I toned that down a bit. I quite extensively reworked the age 50 as the blemishes/marks - particularly on the forehead - are a bit odd.
Anyway, have a see what you think. Comparison illustration provided for both men and women. Vanilla map versions at the top and this mod's versions below.
Made this for myself, partly to practice my drawing skills, but sharing in the hope that might appeal to others too.
The only conflict would be with any other mod that provided alternative face detail maps.
Installation
To install, download the zip file and unzip and then copy the <texture> folder inside into your Skyrim data folder. This is just a texture replacer so no .esp file.
