Patches a relatively rare bug in CFTO that causes the disabled versions of the carriage drivers to be selected as quest targets for Quest CR04 ( Hired Muscle ) for the companions.
They are disabled so the quest cannot be completed, this patch adds them to CR04Exclusionlist so the game dosnt choose them.
Well, technically not a hard requirement, but pretty useless without it

Not a huge deal, not a gamebreaking bug, as it happens so rarely ( like 8 NPCs out of hundreds of potential choices ) but nice to have fixed. The author seems to have fixed it for one Companions mission ( CR08 ) but not CR04. This fixes that
