An old worn broom that has seen better days. No you can't fly with it. It doesn't have special destructive powers. It will not open a portal to another dimension.
It does the bare minimum damage possible and has that satisfying "clunk" sound when you make contact with something else. Unlike any other magnificent broom mod you will wield this in one hand as it has a slightly farther reach than your average offensive one handed objects to be most annoying.
I'm hesitant of saying it can be crafted because it's more comparable to having an eye surgically removed so you would be eligible for govt subsidies on eyepatches. Simply bring a perfectly good broom to a forge to destroy that resulting in one of these. If you'd prefer not mess up a good broom You may be able to find one in the Whiterun guard barracks, Windhelm Stables, Riften Mausoleum or Jorrvaskr. They all just bought new brooms recently, so maybe they haven't thrown their old ones out yet. Damage: 1 - weight: 1 - value: 1

Maybe if it becomes desired I can make some 8K textures for it to see if we can cut your framerate in half.
