Fixed bugs!!!
If you have installed Immersive Interactions + Extensible Follower Framework, and you use wheel menu or dialog box on EFF, and you have enable interactions with followers you'll get a wheel or dialog and next vanilla dialog when you interact with your followers. This patch fix this, and It can be used with EFF installed or not.
