Gain FPS in SE, I thought SE I didn't need them

I have an excellent Performance in LE with more than 1300 Mods Installed and I do not need more FPS , My Real problem is the Memory Usage, which for some reason runs out and gives CTD only when I am outdoors, because indoors I can play for hours without problem, any idea how to avoid memory depletion?

P.S; I already use enblocal.ini, Crash Fix Plugin, HiAlgo BOOST, memory Optimization etc, but cannot find the cause of the CTD

I will give you  a new tip to stop crashes  it works 100%.Go on this link and download NVAC - New Vegas Anti Crash https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635/ yes is a Fallout mod but works with all ESO games included Oblivion,,Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas.First step rename the folder of mod from NVSE to SKSE.
After delete everything in the folder except
       .
      Last step thank me later.

I'm also facing the same problem, and when I download the mod above, the only thing inside the folder is "nvac.dll", nothing else

I'm partially agree with godsp33d6 finally after change son parameters and install NVAC,  Load Game CTD Fix remove some skse dll,  tune the crash fix Plugin,   finally I get much more stable gameplay with excellent performance, even I'm still testing,   check my last setUp in https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/95210

I'm playing now GlenMoril,  one of the Best Mods Ever,   and none ctd at least in 2 Hours,  I hope raise this time soon

@LatinGames You should enable custom memory block in Crash Fixes CustomMemoryBlock=1 then CustomMemoryBlockTotalSizeMb=512 <= You can increase this setting from 64 up to 512 [Example: 64,128,256,512]. Then Open Console and watch how mutch % it is. Make sure is bellow 100%. This will reduce mouse lag while rotate camera also fix some problems in a heavily modded game make it more stable.Mine is set to 512. Also i forget tell you don't overclock your graphic card Skyrim LE doesn't like overclocking it make game instable and instead of fps you will gain only CTD at some point, this was tested by me alot.

Thanks godsp33d6,  I already have CustomMemoryBlock=1  but only with CustomMemoryBlockTotalSizeMb=144  because the memory issue,  as you can see in my actual settings,  now I'm going to raise it to 256  and test again,   with all this changes and MODs is a real pleasure play Skyrim

      Thanks for your help

xxxODDxx you can rename the default nvac.dll to anticrash.dll and it will work the same. Also disableprocesswindowghosting.dll is in the optional files of that mod's page.

@xxxODDxx the anticrash is the nvac.dll file i renamed to AntiCrash but thats it doesnt matter you can rename to whatever you want it wont affect anything, but that will stop your game crashing, the DisableProcessWindowsGhosting.dll is under optional files you need download it manual and copy and paste  to NVSE folder, then you need keep nvac.dll and disableprocess.dll into  NVSE folder,The most important step to do is you need rename the NVSE FOLDER TO SKSE. If happens the game freezing and you got longer loading screens than usual it mean only 1 thing. You encounter a CTD but because using this plugin your game wont crash will be frozen during loading screen, then you need find culprit of that mod and remove it.This is happen because others mods not because NVAC,this mod works 100%.Posible CTD are likely from interface mods or mods with swf file format, like minimap or HUDS.

Uh, my MOD is to solve the CTD caused by high memory usage. If your CTD is caused by other reasons, my MOD is useless for you. I mentioned it on the MOD page.

You almost certainly can merge them, but the reason they're master files is that they're always overwritten by ESPs. As long as you keep the merge in ESM format it shouldn't make any difference. Just make sure to reconcile any errors or conflicts between the plugins before going through with the merge.

The grid transition fix is bashed patch mergeable so you can probably just leave that out.

Thank you.  Skyrim is full of these exasperating sloppy and un-needed
meshes, and I base that on what I could see, thanks for finding those I
    could not.

I remember poking around in Breezehome and finding that what should have been a simple cooking fire was instead a pile of
    fires haphazardly stacked together.
