Adds a few stuff (adoptable child, weapon, and marriable man) but I'm hoping to add a lot more, the weapon will need to be found I will give you a small hint as I can't get the book to work its hidden in the disappearing race that hasn't been spotted since morrowind. the man is flat in nightgale inn, the child is in the orphanage....
