Fixes world map lighting issues when using Luminosity and AQWM.

This is an LE version (not a backport) of the Special Edition patch between Luminosity Lighting Overhaul and
A Quality World Map. Without this patch, using Luminosity and AQWM results in a harshly-lit world map, which
is an eyesore. This patch changes the world map image space to restore sensible lighting.
The patch itself due to its simple nature doesn't actually require either mod as a master, but is basically
worthless on its own. For the intended effect, load this patch after both mods--load order shouldn't matter.
Credit for the idea goes to rbartmoss -- Skyrim SE mod #30162. I just looked at what their
plugin did in xEdit and duplicated it as an LE mod.
