BACKGROUND
This character is a part of a work-in-progress project called 'Horoscope Ladies': to create a lady in correspondence with each of the 12 zodiac signs. Here you can see my detail ideas behind the character design. Bianka is of Capricorn. In seeking the inspiration while making her face, I refereed to portraits of Beethoven a lot. This work is dedicated to the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven.
ABOUT BIANKA
'An Hungarian pianist in 19th century, living in Vienna, who was a student of Franz Liszt. Her personality and style sometimes reminded her audience of Ludwig van Beethoven.'
