If you ever felt like those unique legendary rewards or items you found were very underwhelming, especially past the mid game, not to mention late game or when playing mods at level 80, then this is the mod for you.
Items that have a unique and "balanced" purpose will remain the same. Items that are OP already will remain the same.

First of all I want to make this clear, the stats are mostly balanced and directed towards high geared people with max enchant/smithing/alchemy. You can achieve most of these values without cheating by maxing out your crafting skills and using potions and enchants to increase them even further.
Secondly I wanted to release the mod before checking all the items myself so any feedback or bug reports are welcomed since it would make my life easier.

Armor of the old Gods (set):
 -chest: increase armor rating from 24 to 38 to match Glass armor. Reduced cost for Destruction spells/enchants increased from 15% to 30%
 -helm: increase armor rating from 12 to 16 to match Glass armor. Fortify magicka from 30 to 70
 -gloves: increase armor rating from 7 to 11 (Glass). Fortify marksmanship from 20% to 40% (this is damage not skill level)
 -boots: increase armor rating from 7 to 11 (Glass). Fortify sneak from 20% to 40%

Silver-Blood family ring:
 -increase smithing from 15% to 25%

Ancient shrouded armor:
 -chest: Added one handed bonus damage 65% to match that of dual enchanted self made enchants
 -helm: Increased the bow damage from 35% to 65% and added Reduced cost for Illusion by 35%
 -gloves: Added 65% lockpick
 -boots: Increased Muffled magnitude from 0.5 to 35 and added +200 Carry Weight enchant (I first increased the multiplier only to 0.7 but then I later saw Nightingale armor enchant rank 3 jumped from 0.5 to 35 so I added the same value) for some reason the carry weight doesn't appear on the description.

Cicero's Outfit:
Same as above but the - chest has increased better prices from 20% to 35% (still added the one handed bonus damage)
        - helm has increased sneak from 35% to 65% (still added the illusion 35% bonus)

Guild Master's Armor:
 
-chest: Increased carry weight from 50 to 200 and added 65% increased Illusion spell power
 -helmet: Increased better prices from 20% to 35% and added Speed Burst 20%
 -boots: Increased pickpocketing from 35% to 65% and added Muffled movement 15 intensity
 -hands: Increased lockpicking from 35% to 65% and added combat healing multiplier 10

Nightingale Armor:
 -chest increased stamina and frost resistance from 20/30/40 and 15%/30%/50% to 30/70/100 and 25%/50%/75%
 -boots added backstab 2x effect
 -gloves increased lockpicking and One handed from 15%/20%/25% to 25%/40%/65%
 -helm increased Illusion cost reduced from 12%/15%/17% to 20/25/35 and added a bow damage increase 20%/40%/65%

Diadem of the Savant:
 Increased enchant from 5% to all schools to 15%

Helm of Yngol:
Increased Frost resistance from 30 to 85. Added Fortify Heavy armor 65%.

Predator's Grace:
Increased Stamina regen from 1% to 20%.

Shield of Solitude:
Increased last 2 levels of the item to match better crafted gear, from 25%/30% magic resist to 30%/45% and from 30%/35% block to 35%/45%

Shield of Ysgramor:
Increased magic resist from 20% to 45% and health from 20 to 200.

Archmage's Robes:
Increased the cost reduction of all spells from 15% to 35%. Added 100 Magicka since the enchant didn't even have the 50 described in the wiki.

The Bond of Matrimony:
For those that want to be romantic and still have a useful ring, increased the restoration cost reduced from 10% to 35%. Added a resist disease 100% since your wife wouldn't want you to catch a cold or STD.

Muiri's Ring:
Increased to what I recall being the maximum I did without abusing 33%(I could put it at 35 but then you might increase it even higher and so on) from 15% more powerful potions. And added the Smithing 33% stronger to go along for your maximizing your gear.

Nightweaver's Band:
Increased Sneak and Destruction skill from 10 to 35.

Ring of pure mixtures:
Going to give it the same enchant as Muiri's Ring.

Silver-Blood Family Ring:
Same as above. The enchantment that I found was actually 25% smithing.

Amulet of Articulation:
Increased only the value of the maximum level from 25% to 35% and added better barter prices also to 35%

The Galdur Amulet:
Increased the values of stamina magicka and health from 30 to 100. Also the price from 1000 to 10000.

Necromancer's Amulet:
Increased magicka from 50 to 100. Increased Conjuration spell cost reduction from 25% to 35%. I feel this one might need a bit more buffs for the negative effects but this is how it was intended to work.

Blade of Woe:
Increased ridiculous enchant from 10 absorb health to 65. Increased critical damage from 6 to 12 and speed from 1.0 to 1.1

Bolar's Oathblade:
Increased enchant from 25 stamina damage to 60. And Fleeing creatures level increased from 12 to 45.

Chillrend:
Rescaled from 5/10/15/20/25/30 frost damage and 2 seconds paralyze to 5/15/25/40/60/75 damage and 2/2/2/3/3/3 seconds paralyze.

Dragonbane:
Increased from 20/25/30/35/40 and 10 extra damage to 20/30/45/60/100   10/15/20/30/40

Ghostblade:
Increased base damage from 8 to 13. Increased enchantment from 3 to 30. Increased Critical damage by 2.

Grimsever:
Increased frost damage from 15 to 30.

Nightingale Blade:
Increased absorb health and stamina from 5/10/15/20/25 to 10/15/30/40/65.

Nightingale Bow:
Increased Frost and shock damage from 10/15/20/25/30 and 5/7/10/12/15 to 10/20/35/50/75  5/10/15/25/40 and the last level of the bow also increases the duration of the slow from 3 seconds to 5.

Windshear:
Increased damage from 11 to 14. Increased Speed from 1.0 to 1.1

The Rueful Axe:
Increased base damage from 22 to 25. Increased speed from 0.5 to 0.7 and increased Critical damage from 11 to 13.
Increased enchant from 20 damage to stamina to 75. Added Increased 25% paralyze chance from Warmaster perk. (not sure if I did this properly, I honestly didn't find the enchant I wanted so this one seemed fun enough)

Trollsbane:
Increased fire damage from 15 to 45. And added an extend duration on recast option to keep those pesky Trolls burning.

Gauldur's Blackbow:
Damage increased from 14 to 19. Critical damage increased by 2.
Increased last level only, from 30 absorb magicka to 60. And added a 65 shock damage.

Eye of Melka:
Increased fireball damage from 40 to 65. Added Firebolt Strom 50 effect to it.

Halldir's Staff:
Increased the level of the pacify from 12 to 45. Added a slow 50 frost effect for 60 seconds also, to increase the fun.

Staff of Magnus:
Increased from 20 to 50 magicka and health drain. Added a slow effect to the target.

Mehrune's Razor:
 Increased attack speed from 1.3 to 1.5 and increased crit damage from 6 to 11

Ebony Mail:
Magnitude increased from 10 to 25

Mask of Clavicus Vile:
Increased Barter prices from 20% to 35%, Regenerate Magicka increased from 5 to 10.

Savior's Hide:
Increased magic resist from 15% to 30% and increased Poison resist from 50% to 85%

Volendrung:
Increases stamina absorb from 50 to 100 and adds a Paralyze 2 seconds also.

Ebony Blade:
Increases absorb health enchant from 10/14/18/22/30 to 10/20/40/65/90.
Also since it has the lowest damage in the game for a 2 handed sword, I
increased it to at least match the ebony greatsword, from 11 to 22.

Dawnbreaker:
Increased it's base fire damage from 10 to 65.
Increased base damage from 12 to 13.

Mace of Molag Bal:
Increased the damage to Stamina and Magicka from 25 to 65. Increased the duration of the soul trap from 3 to 5 seconds.

Ring of Namira:
Increased the stamina enchant from 50 to 100 and added a Vampire Frost Resist of 25%

SpellBreaker:
Increased the ward absorption from 50 to 100.

Sanguine Rose:
Summons an extra Dremora Lord. Also increased summon time from 60 seconds to 600.

Skull of Corruption:
Doubled number of dreams you can steal and duration from 12h to 24h.
Waking Nightmare from 40 to 100. And Agony from 15 to 75. (I am still not sure
which or what do these effects do and I haven't played or used the
staff for a long time but I increased the values to what should be more
damage)
