Added more detail and depth, gave him some character, looked too flat particurlarly on the head.

Used substance painter for the main scaly texture then did the rest in photoshop, tested in game,Intel BC3 maps. UV was bad on vanilla mesh so i have corrected some overlapping stuff so the teeth and other parts look better.
