This is an LE conversion of the original mod Arctic - Frost Effects Redux created by the talented iRetrospect. All of the meshes & textures have been converted to work within the LE format along with all the functionality of the FOMOD installer still working correctly, keeping the original ease of installation the same.
All credits go to the original mod author iRetrospect as this is just a simple re-upload for people who don't want/know how to mess around with meshes or textures to get SE mods to work in LE.
I have also converted another one of iRetrospect's beautifully crafted fire texture mod Inferno - Fire Effects Redux - LE Conversion.

Version 2.3:
- Added more information to FOMOD installer with installation recommendations + examples.
- Removed corrupt textures causing Vanilla/White options to produce floating squares instead of intented effect.
Version 2.2:
- Re-formatted ESP to suit LE better
- Fixed incorrect file structure causing missing textures when installing White color.
