About this mod
A small mod that allows players to purchase homes without the need to do quests for Jarls, for an increased fee.

"Why does my bard need to dig through a dungeon three times just to buy a house? Did everyone in Skyrim have to do this?"
if you've ever asked yourself the same question, this is the mod for you.
This mod allows players to purchase player homes in all the major cities without first needing to do the Thane or Favor quests.
The homes will cost ~20% more until/unless the player decides to do the Thane or Favor quests for that Jarl, at which point the price will return to normal.
This mod does not effect any of the Hearthfire homes or Severin Manor as the Jarls seek you out for tasks specifically, with land as a reward.
It also does not allow you to purchase Hjerim without first completing 'Blood on the Ice', because that would just be plain silly.
This mod should be compatible with basically everything, but if you're using a mod that changes house prices you'll need to make a patch for the increased prices this mod provides, otherwise the prices won't be consistent
(You're looking for the global variables marked PWPHP(nameOfCity)NoFavor, just update those and you're good)
One last thing, this mod obviously won't effect your ability to purchase any homes that are added by other mods.
Installation:
Install like any other, then place the esp after the last mod in your load order that edits home prices
