Adds a small city intended to be a competitor for power in Skyrim (lore-friendly) halfway between Whiterun and Rorikstead. Roleplay that you were the royalty of Mount Royal caught up in the civil war returning to your people, or just stumble upon it as an unrelated adventurer. Very basic mod with some incompleteness; needed feedback and backup.

Three interiors are accessible in the city proper, plus one castle with individual cells for each room. This is my first mod uploaded so please understand I am aware of many of its shortcomings and intend to put much more work into it in the future.
