About this mod
This mod changes the Bound Weapon spells so that when you Dual Cast them, you summon a Specter that wields the weapon for you. This makes the spells more useful if you're playing a mage type character that doesn't use physical weapons.

With this mod you can dual cast the 4 bound weapon spells (Dagger, Sword, Battleaxe, Bow) to summon a Bound Specter that will wield The bound weapon of that spell, effectively adding 4 new summons to the game.
The weapons themselves can still be summoned for the player if you cast them normally.
These Specters are undead so they get affected by turn undead and heal undead spells and are
immune to normal healing spells and illusion spells(unless you have the Master of the Mind perk).
The specters DO benefit from the Mystic Binding, Oblivion Binding and Twin Souls Perks if the player has them.
Despite being undead they DON'T benefit from Necromancy or Dark Soul perks.
They also DON'T benefit from the Soul Stealer perk(because soul trap can't be cast for the player by other characters).
This is my first modso I hope people enjoy it.
