There's an excellent nordic barnacle replacer already i'm currently using it (but I can't recall the name, i'll link it if I find it) i've attempted the slaughterfish before and they're absolutely awful to work with but I might give them another go :)
if you want to see what a real life nighmare looks like ,take a look at the windhelm architecture meshes... good luck trying to work with that lol ,bad uvs ,sharp eges ,terrible overall

Ah that bottles actually textures from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62506 since the bottle is mapped to use whatever textures you have installed (my textures are far lesser ones on the other bottle to match near vanilla)
Thanks for the link. Images for Bottles are also very nice. I love bee and flowers image especially last one which is in almost same color., Looks very ascetically appealing
