I know there have been many of these Riverwood homes lately but I ended up making my own because either there location or they had to much or not enough in them. That being said here is my small farm house in Riverwood. It's got all your necessities: Anvil, Work Bench, Grinding Stone, Forge (placed next to blacksmithing things after I took screenshots,) Cooking Place, Enchanting Table, and Alchemy Table. It also has display cases and mannequins for those who like to see gear they have acquired. It has wardrobes, barrels, cabinets, and a chest for extra storage.
To Install:
Unzip file and move into your skyrim data folder.
