This is just an add-on of another mod! That mod is required for this to work properly. Install it ( LINK: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3708 )
To install just delete the mainmenuwallpapers folder from hellstorm102's mod and replace with mine. Or add it using the method he gives on his page.
