Adds 3 longer duration versions of Philter of the Phantom to the game files: 5 minute, 1 hour, and 1 day.

This is a very simple mod. There are 3 copies of the Philter of the Phantom potion added to the game files, with 5 minute, 1 hour, and 1 day durations.
The effect, Ghostveil, makes you appear blue and translucent like a ghost with no other effects.
Each version is weightless, valueless, and they are silent to drink. For maximum compatibility, they are not found anywhere in the game world.
You have to spawn them in yourself with the console.
player.additem ######## 1
XX000D62 - 5 minute version
XX000D63 - 1 hour version
XX000D65 - 1 day version
Of course, XX is replaced with the Mod Index depending on its priority. If you have any trouble, the console command help phantom should easily find the code.
This creates 3 new items, so any other mod that edits the base Philter of the Phantom directly should be compatible.
Anything that edits the Ghostveil magic effect should change what these Philters do.
