A player house with alchemy and enchanting stations in morthal
Located exactly outside of the town, but near enough to be in the neighbourhood.

I believe this is one of the mods we always needed, there aresome Morthal mods out there but.. only 2 options to choose, so made my own idea :)

Compatible with "The great city of Morthal", and also compatible with the other Morthal house mod out there.

install with nmm or vortex.
