Adds a very tiny and cozy player home on the cliff next to Nilheim, overlooking the beautiful Rift.

Welcome to Cliffview Shack, a very tiny and simple home with gorgeous views of the Rift, Windhelm, Sea of Ghosts, and the Throat of the World! It is located right next to Nilheim tower and across the lake from Ivarstead. Despite its micro living space, Cliffview Shack is well furnished with a collection of unique storages, enchanting and alchemy stations, outdoor workspaces, and a housewarming basket! The area is initially shared with band...-erm, friendly "guards" of the lovely Nilheim. Of course, there are ways to make them go away...
Notes: When entering the shack for the first time, there is a chance that some items may be floating around- just reload the autosave and things should be in their intended order. Fast traveling to Nilheim may trigger a dragon attack, although they ignore Cliffview Shack (probably because it's so small!). You can fast travel to Cliffview Shack which will not trigger a dragon attack.
If manual installation: Download file and place directly into Data folder in Skyrim folder.
Please also consider downloading Furniture and Clutter - HD Retextures at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community, which retextures the common furniture to look nice (see pictures).
