Hi there! Glad you could join us today... Have you ever wanted to create your own followers instantly? Well, Here's FRIENDCRAFTER:
This mod allows you to create up to 10 new individual followers simply by designing their look the in the racemenu. You can also redesign yourself without losing any skill progress by using the racemenu. Follow the 4 creation steps and recruit your new companion as like as a housecarl.

There's an option to choose either the default or one of 12 different skin tones. With this option enabled, you can also use the tintmasks you've exported with RaceMenu. To use a tintmask, just edit or overwrite the same *.dds File as the chosen character slot. The main *.dds files and predesigned example files are found in the Directory: "\\textures\actors\character\character assets\tintmasks\FriendCrafter"


Installation
1. Unpack the *.7z File
2. Copy the unpacked Files to your Skyrim/Data Folder
3. Enable the *.esp File
4. Enjoy

Get the Spell
Go to Tolfdir at Winterhold and buy the spell tome from him.
OR
Open the console and type: help "Spell Tome: FRIENDCRAFTER" (note the ID)
Type: player.additem <ID> 1


Deinstallation
1. Delete all Files that the *.7z File came with it
2. Load your game with a clean SaveGame


Compatibility
This mod should work with most Race-, Headparts- and Skin-Mods.
This mod is compatible with RaceMenu, but sometimes, you have to reset the player look manually.
If something with this mod collide or is not working well, please let me know. 

Note: This is an experimental mod. Odd behaviors may occur during usage. Make sure you leave some of your SaveGames untoched by this mod.

FAQ
Q: Does this mod work in Skyrim SE?
A: Yes. But the Dark-Face-Bug will apear on your follower's head. Try to enable the tintmask option, select a darker skin tone and overwrite the main *.dds File with the example File "SkinTone_SE_'skintone'.dds"
Q: Can I play with more than 1 follower in my party?
A: If you want to play with more than 1 Follower in your party, download EFF or AFT.
Q: I have reseted my player values, but my skill progress is still messed up. What should I do?
A: Make sure you have the newset version of SKSE (at least v1.07.0) and reload the game with a clean SaveGame
Q: Why do I need Gimp?
A: You don't really need Gimp. There are predesigned example files in the package, you can use. But if you want to give your followers a personal touch, you can easily edit their face overlay texture with Gimp.
Q: My Follower has a grumpy/disordered face. What should I do?
A: Try to cast the spell again and quit the menu without creating a new character. After that, your character will be rebuilt again.
