A light weight mod that changes the weather, lighting, water and adds a slight wind. Hence the all in one.
Reworked rain and snow

Autumn skies-AIO Vanilla
Lighting is redone to fit better with this mod. Much dimmer than vanilla, added some lights here and there moved some into better positions and removed some that didn't make sense to me.
One other thing, the days are 90 minutes instead of vanilla 60 minutes.
Other mods that change weather, lighting ect might cause conflicts.
Settings - in game settings, brightness control should be in the center.
Or Gamma 1.0000 in skirimprefs.ini
