You can find Raikou within Skyhaven Temple
Warrior class, should use both two handed and one handed weapons. Should level well past 100.
Comes equipped with the legendary blade "Thunder Clap"
Three sets of custom Blade Armor. *Reinforced Blades Armor, Shura armor, and Raikou's Robes*
His third eye tracks and blinks thanks to Artsick!
He should use which ever male body you have installed
