Nice house, but are you aware that few steps away to the hills is a burned farm where bandits spawn and live? Pity - i can not use it as an outpost therefore, is not realistic to live there. Can you place it more lonesome somewhere?
Lorewise, my house was there before the bandits settled down at the burnt-down farm, actually even before that farm burnt down at all. There are several vanilla farmsteads along the river, therefore it's a quite realistic spot to build another one. (Is it realistic to move in as new owner? C'mon, you're the Dragonborn!)
Gamewise, it won't be too much of a problem to create an alternative version with the house placed -- say -- further down the river. I upload it in the course of this week.
Version 1.1.0 with the farm moved to an alternative location is now downloadable. Aside from changes necessary due to the new surrounding there are no differences between the two versions. Have fun!
wonderful! i really like the rather rough and simple design of farms and small houses instead the more and more luxury and cozy houses for retirements which do not really match the harsh skyrim and the common poorness of the average people and became so countless meanwhile. (Actually i want to give it to one of my followers)

BTW, I see that my earlier post about the timeline could be misunderstood: Traitor's Post is already burnt down at the start of the game -- but I cheekily postulated that the fire occured after my farm had been built "in-game", just like Windhelm had been built long before that.
Nice pad. Looks like the type of place Rocky would hang out to train before fighting Rus... err I mean Dragonborn would hang out to train before fighting overgrown skooma-injecting Imperials. The only thing missing is an aged, bald-head Redguard with a mustache, an outdoor barn, and good montage music.
