It replaces the weather on Skyrim with sunny and snow, making it easier to see that Skyrim is a winter land. Specifically, it replaces rainy and foggy weather. The probability of snowfall is low in warmer regions such as white run and riften, and slightly higher in the north such as windhelm. I hate stormy days, so I stopped it from happening.

Since this mod consists only of esp files, it may be possible to use it in SE as it is.
