Absolutely LOVE this mod. Until recently I was playing Skyrim SE & DFTS was in my top 5 must have mods. Now I'm discovering classic Skyrim & so glad I don't have to do Bleakfalls Barrow until I'm ready.
I stopped by to see if the mod had perhaps undergone a name change, since having two mods called "Dragons Don't Wait" is a bit confusing. If you're open to suggestions, "Impatient Dragons" might be good.
I think I like that name too. lol! This mod is GROOVY! I rarely play the main quest line anyway Funny stuff, so this will immediately make it so the battle can commence. It would actually seem like this is something that should be
I thought it wasn't working at first because I had not run into any dragons, but just when I had my camp fully set up in the wilds of Whiterun, I heard this ominous roar and a huge shadow glided over me. It was a young fire dragon, and he chased me all the way over to the bandit-infested fort near the crumbling watchtower. I had just three arrows left by the time he finally fell.
Had a problem with this and Not So Fast MQ where i took out a Primal Dragon at Riften and it told me to select unrelenting force. I was still able to finish the quest
I didn't know about this mod. I only knew Immediate Dragons, which doesn't affect Dragon Lairs. Looking at the description of the mod by mrjentipede, it does a lot more. My mod basically only covers the first point in his list. Everything else is like in vanilla.
In hindsight, I should have googled for the name before releasing a name with it in order to avoid having two mods with the same name. If I can come up with a good name I'll probably rename the mod to avoid confusion.
So, if you kill a dragon, you can absorb its soul before the Western Watch Tower incident and you find out you are Dragonborn? Does it break the Main Quest?
I have yet to test this mod, but I have another mod by Mihail that adds some very powerful dragons to Skyrim. They're hand-placed, so they don't rely on the main quest to appear. I have encountered and killed many of them long before ever touching the main quest, and I find that dragon souls are absorbed without any problems. And when the souls are absorbed, you can unlock any Shouts that you have discovered. I'm always careful not to unlock any Shouts related to Unrelenting Force. If you err on the side of caution, then the main quest plays without trouble. I'm thinking that this mod may work the same way.

In general, it should be compatible with everything that doesn't specifically disable dragon spawning.
