Edits to games 350+ ENCOUNTER ZONES in skyrim,dawnguard hearthfires and dragonborn
Increased minimum levels and removed maximum level limitation from those which had one.
Edits to FleveledActorMullt easy.medium.hard and very hard.

Increased minimum levels and removed maximum level limitation from those which had one.
Edits to FleveledActorMullt easy.medium.hard and very hard which all Ezones use to determine what will spawn.
Disabled combat boundaries of all Ezones-enemies may be able to follow you from cell to cell.Note -wolves cant follow you into a house due to a "cant open doors" flag but vampires/bandits etc can..
Harder enemies will appear sooner compared to vanilla increasing combat difficulty.
Recommended to install a mod which adds higher level enemies to fix the player outleveling everything.So that there is still a challenge in the later game.
