About this mod
Simply buffs up Chillrend to better stats, and makes it so the Chillrend that appears is no longer a leveled item.

This mod buffs up Chillrend's stats to:
Base damage - 15
Speed - 1.25 (just below dagger speed)
Crit Damage - 7
Weight - 11
Enchantment Charge - 3000
Value - 15000
Enchantment Effect - 40 Frost damage, 3 sec. of ice paralysis
This mod also makes it so the different levels of Chillrend no longer appear, i.e., it's just the sword with this stats that will appear, regardless of your level.
