The Unofficial Morrowloot-Skyrim Overhaul (UMSO) by Archiphres introduces some new conditions the player needs to fulfill to craft certain weapons and armors. Glass items, for example, require a smithing skill of 90 to create, even though the "Glass Smithing" perk can be taken at smithing level 70. The UMSO page already hosts a file that changes the perk descriptions accordingly, but that is only useful if you do not use any other mods which edit the vanilla smithing perks. To be more compatible and consistent with mods that add new craftable items and mods that change the smithing perks, this file simply removes the added smithing level requirements.
These are all the changes this file makes:
Reverts the smithing requirements (racial and skill level) introduced by UMSO back to vanilla
Allows the player to craft ebony items at a regular forge, as in vanilla
Fixes the crafting recipe for the scimitar (the recipe requires the steel smithing perk, but used to give the player a regular steel sword. Since this is a special weapon, I left the hidden smithing level requirement of 40 in. It is bypassed if you are a Redguard, which is intended by UMSO)
Please note: the requirements for daedric items remain unchanged; they can't be forged by the player.
