Tavern servers won't try to serve you when you enter a bed. Does not mess with other tavern mechanics. Designed for use with mods like Go To Bed that allow player to visually use the beds in game.

Update:
Added an optional version called Smart Waiters Plus. In addition to what the regular version does it also will require a line of sight between you and inkeeper to start the waiter scene i.e. an innkeeper won't notice you sitting in a room upstairs etc. Still does not take an esp slot and doesn't alter the tavern quest.
Brief description:
A small tweak (no ESP) that prevents tavern waiters to try to serve you if the player enters a bed. This is not possible in vanilla game so use this only if you have a mod that allows you to lie down on beds (like Go To Bed). Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch should also be used as it fixes other tavern behaviors.
Detailed description:
This is my take on fixing this irritating behavior when a tavern service thinks you are sitting down on a chair when in fact you are using a bed. I was not satisfied with similar mods that try to fix this as what they do is attempt to just block the scene/AI package/script when it's already running. This usually results in the tavern guy/gal running to you as soon as you exit the bed or are in his/her visual range. Instead I use the same method USLEEP used to fix the same issue with crafting furniture in taverns, so the scene is never triggered in the first place. Sitting on chairs, stools etc. will still work as intended in vanilla, this mod does not touch it.
Installation:
Install with your mod manager or unpack to your Data directory if installing manually. This should be placed after/below USLEEP (overwrite when asked) in your mod manager. It doesn't take an ESP slot.
Compatibility notes:
This mod edits the WITavernPlayerScript so it is not compatible with any mod that does the same. The only one I know of is USLEEP and it is not only compatible, but also required or at least highly recommended as it fixes other tavern behaviors (like waiters trying to serve you when you use cooking pots).
