This mod re-works Kharjo to be rather strong, maxing his level at 50, and giving him a full set of Ebony Plate, Ebony Bow, and 150 Ebony Arrows, his name is changed to  "Guard Captain Kharjo" as a fun little Lore edit where he's the Captain of the Caravan Guard in Skyrim, to reflect his effectiveness.
This Kharjo is intended for those who are very powerful and need a reliable follower, I chose Kharjo because Kharjo is best cat.

I originally opted for Daedric Armour, however he refused the wear the set I made for him.
This mod comes with an Optional file for those who want him to be Improved, but not stronger than a dragon, this file is called "Improved Kharjo". His min level is 20, max is 50, and he'll start with his default loadout. by Default the Min-Max level is 6 to 30 for comparison.

Improved Kharjo is intended for those who are on an average level and want to use Kharjo more.
Both Kharjo's are marked as Essential, please do not use both mods together.
Improved Kharjo's name is unchanged.

Installation:

This is for a Manual Installation:
Download the Main File
Choose either the Max Level Kharjo or the Improved Kharjo file and drop the corresponding .esp into your steamapps/common/skyrim/data
Enjoy

Uninstall:
Empty Kharjo's Inventory
Save and Exit
Simply delete the .esp
