So you ran out of lockpicks and need a way to get more quickly. You could buy some, which are inflated be Imperial standards, or you could learn how to craft them if you've dabbled in Blacksmithing. I chose the latter.
This mod adds 1 misc. recipe for Lockpicks at the Blacksmith's Forge.
I had the idea for this mod for a long time, but never really needed it because I've collected enough lockpicks to suffice, even without lockpicking perks. The only mods that (may have) included this recipe are bloated with a bunch of clutter and props, or had unrealistic outputs. This simple mod should help people who are just starting or for those who would rather brute force Master locks than get Lockpicking perks. Let's be honest, lockpicking isn't very hard when you do it enough times.
I felt like this recipe was missing from the base game. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

If 1 lockpick is roughly 0.05 pounds, you could make about 20 lockpicks with 1 pound of metal.
