Fur Armor Functionalities
Adds the ability to enchant and fortify the Fur Hide Armor added by FranklinZunge, while also implementing the armor to the leveled lists.
This was just a thing I made for myself but decided to share after seeing others interested in these changes.
Update-
Added an optional file to improve the base armor rating from 20 to 23, for those who feel that the extra coverage should also come extra defense.
