Just wanted to post about mod compatibility because you said "feel free to let me know" on the modpage. no critical tone intended :) I have Solitude Reborn running and that mod places a "College of Whisperers" directly where the solitude Leisure Centre door is. I tried to disable the college of whisperers to even find the door but I had to disable Solitude Reborn to be able to access the Leisure Centre, so as is Solitude Reborn is incompatible with this mod. Don't know if the College of Whisperers was taken from a separate mod, maybe. Do with that what you will, creative mod and a neat take on a pool/showerhouse (the diving board was cool to explore)
i like this mod, but after a few minutes inside, like 5 i CTD. idk whats causing it, but i only have 3 followers, and even with my PC being almost brand new (less than a year old) and having a really good card, i just get a ctd, and no error message. having said, that the concept is decent...but i suspect all the extra objects added, such as the chests...are taxing performance. see i use smim, and i'm sure it's taxing the game to have 200 loaded at once, not to mention all the other objects inside. i also got a flicker as if water was clipping, and some items did fly before i ctd'd. i can post a load order if that would help, otherwise i would need to see if i can get a crash log, and see if skyrim will tell me what is happening.
Ah. Sorry about that? Those things give me the 'nails on a chalk-board' sensation & I could not resist a comment.
I mean, I'm not saying it doesn't add one more thing in the subtext that Solitude is a decadent capital with luxuries we take for granted, but are out of place in a society that's values are fairly spartan & would likely scoff at such a device the same way they do at magic.
It also leaves you wondering, did the tech dependent dwarves make that? Or did a clever soul jury-rig those out of salvaged parts later on?
I'll be honest with you ... I couldn't find a decent box to use - so I ended up using a stone block and added a silent pipe fan (reduced in size) to mimic a hand drier with a button and pipe bend. I admit - the whole thing was a little disappointing to me too.
If they break your sense of immersion - I apologise for that coz I think such things are important to get right. I suppose you can tell yourself Solitude is trying to keep up with technology - to keep immersion ... or just ignore them.
Even if it weren't, what you just described is pretty well covered under "some tinkering invented something new out of salvaged dwarven part" theory from before. I imagine this theoretical tinkerer wasn't happy with either, for the same reasons.
TL;DR A rogue fanfic writer has now written you into the backstory of your own mod. ;)
1. Improve the navmesh, even with the last version my most smart followers stay static at the same place forever and so your NPCs 2. Enable automatic undress when entering the Pools 3. Please don't use generic NPCs,I prefer less NPCs but they must be Unique, just for customization 4. Some BARD and Merchants inside would be nice
1. My follower goes in and walks around fine in mine - so I have no idea whats up there. 2. Sorry - this mod is listed as no adult theme. 3. Yes - Generic NPC's are a bit boring - so I removed them and added unique NPC's. 4. There is a merchant upstairs in the bar area already - - but I added a bard too.
I have tried to improve the NavMeshes. My followers comes in ... but they can get caught in one spot and I have to use the wait to make them appear. I'd get my teeth into the NavMesh thing but my PC is about as powerful as Government credibility.
I re-did all the NavMeshes by 5th June - so it may be your own config. The mod comes in at the bottom of my load order. Try this and let me know how it goes.
Very cool thank you! This gives you a break to have some fun other than running your buns off doing quest's. I wish I had your talent to create mods but I don't :( Endorsed!

Check out BethINI to create the best Skyrim ini configuration.
I will re-visit the whole mod to double check things over.

I'd love to get the NavMesh issues sorted - but my PC is a snowflake.
Fortunately ... followers can follow you in - but you'll need to use wait to make them get to you.
