An option for vampires (or others, I suppose) to feed in combat and regenerate some health.

A lesser power which, when used on a humanoid NPC, will play the vampire feeding animation and deal a drain life effect. Compatible with any other vampire mod as it works via a spelltome that can be found at merchants OR in the Sleeping Giant Inn (See screenshot for location).
To any modders that might be interested, also, looking for a way to make the power act as a sneak attack. Deal critical damage, raise stealth and all that as per usual sneak attacks. Honestly not sure if its possible since its a magic effect, I know I sure as hell couldnt figure it out, but yea.
