This is a complete overhaul of the crafting in Skyrim (except Alchemy)
Requires all expansions, and the Unofficial Patch.

This mod is not compatible with other Crafting Overhauls or Recycling mods, or
any mod that modifies the Smithing Perk Tree.  It is also incompatible with most mods
that make any changes to Misc Objects, Armor, Clothes, Jewelry, and Weapons

Sorry, this description is long.

I've used other crafting mods, and they all had some stuff I liked, but not all.  Also, they
don't seem to play well with each other.  Different authors have different ideas on such things
as recycling weapons and misc items.  I, of course, have my own ideas.

Here are some of my changes:

====================================================================================

Recycling

Other recycling mods, for the sake of balance, take the tack that you
cannot recover the total materials that you put into an item, or the whole weight of a misc item.
My method goes a different direction.  In order to melt down items or smelt ore, you must
acquire Fuel Drafts.  These can be purchased from Blacksmiths, or you can convert wooden
and other items into Drafts.

Most Forge and Smelter recipes require Fuel Drafts; the amount is based
on the materials required.  If you have no Drafts in your inventory, a few recipes pop up that don't
require them, these are generally from wood items, and produce fewer Drafts per material.
For example, 2 Wooden Plates produce 4 Fuel Drafts, and require 1 Draft to make.  If you have no
Drafts, then you get a recipe that makes 4 Drafts for 4 plates. Drafts weigh nothing and are
worth 1 gold each.

Other recycling recipes are available, such as Bonemeal from Troll Skulls and other bones.
Bonemeal and Powdered Mammoth Tusk are made at a Grindstone.  Included on the download
page is a version that removes the recycling recipes for human bones, for those with personal
or cultural objections to such things.  Bones can still be collected and sold, however.

Crafting Perks

The Smithing Perk Tree has been renamed Crafting.  Each material used to make weapons,
armor, or jewelry requires different amounts of Drafts, and requires the appropriate perk, as follows:

Steel Smithing is now Steel and Silver Crafting, allowing you to work with those metals.
Steel requires 4 Fuel Drafts per Ingot, and Silver needs 3.  Steel takes a much larger role in
my mod over Iron.  Tools such as Shovels and Pitchforks melt down to Steel, and
require this perk to recycle.  Embalming tools found in Draugr Ruins are Iron, though.

Arcane Blacksmith is the same, serving only to allow you to upgrade enchanted items.

Advanced Armor is now Alloy Smithing, for working with Corundum and Corten Steel (my own addition),
for making Banded, Scaled, and Plate armor.  (Corten steel is a modern alloy made from Steel and
Copper: Cor(rosion resistant, High) Ten(sile strength) so I named my alloy after it.)
Corundum uses 2 Drafts, and Corten Steel 4.

Elven Smithing is now Elven Crafting.  Elven items are melted down to Elven Alloy, which can also
be crafted from Moonstone, Malachite, and Quicksilver.
All three metals, and the Alloy, use 3 Drafts per Ingot.

Ebony, Dwarven, and Orcish smithing are largely unchanged, except they are called Crafting.
Orichalcum needs 5 Drafts, Dwarven 6, and Ebony 10.

Glass Smithing is now Glass and Gold Crafting.  Both require 3 Drafts per Ingot.  This perk is required to
make Gold Jewelry, as Steel and Silver are required for Silver Rings and Amulets.

Daedric Crafting is mostly the same.  The weapons and armor melt down to Daedric Ebony, which can
be forged back into those items, at 12 Drafts per Ingot, without requiring Daedra Hearts.  Daedric
Ebony can also be converted, 10 at a time with 1 Grand Soul gem, into normal Ebony Ingots.

Dragon Armor is largely unchanged, except it is now called Dragon Crafting.  However, Dragon armor
and weapons can be recycled.  They are broken down into Armor-Formed Dragon Scales,
Armor-Formed Dragon Bones, and Ebony-Infused Dragon Bones.  These can be used to
craft Dragon items, but the recipes require more of them than raw dragon parts.

Sewing and Jewelry

I have added craftable clothes on a specialized workbench called "Sewing and Lapidary."
These Tables can be found throughout Skyrim, in inns and shops, people's homes, and a few other places.
The most convenient can be found at Belethor's shop in Whiterun and Radiant Rainment in Solitude.

Clothes require Cloth, which can be recycled from clothes, or crafted from linen.
Cloth comes in 11 colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Dark and Light Grey,
Black, White, and Brown.  Any Cloth can be turned into White cloth with a Bleaching Agent,
then re-dyed into any other color.  Bleaching Agent and Dyes are crafted at a Cooking Pot.

Jewelry is crafted differently in my mod, as well.  The unbejeweled Gold and Silver rings are
crafted at the Forge, as before.  But to make the gemmed items, you must go to the
Sewing and Lapidary table.  I've also added 3 new Gems: Onyx, Lapis Lazuli, and Topaz.
These are inserted into the vanilla Leveled Lists via script (along with the other CRAFT CO items).
Circlets can also be crafted at a forge, some using the new Gems.
I've also changed their names to fit with the Skyrim metals and my new Gems
(Copper -> Corundum, Jade -> Malachite, Silver and Moonstone -> Silver and Lapis).
All jewelry can be recycled into Gems at the Sewing table, or metals at the Smelter (assuming
you have Drafts and the right perk*).

*(Did I mention you need the perk appropriate to the metal to melt down items or
smelt ores?  No?  Well, I'm mentioning it now.)

====================================================================================

Replicas and Faction Items

You can now make replicas of many of the unique items in the game, if you have acquired or
encountered those items on your playthrough.  For example, you cannot make Psijic Order robes
until you have met them during the College quests.  As you complete the Daedric quests and kill
Dragon Priests, unenchanted replicas of those artifacts can be made from the appropriate
materials (plus Drafts and Perks, of course).  Some items, such as the Amulet of Articulation,
the Emperor's Council Pendant, etc, replicas can be forged at any time, but have different names.

Faction items can be crafted if you are in that faction (Wolf Armor for Companions, Dawnguard Armor
once you've joined, etc.)  Some items require you to reach certain ranks or complete quests for the
recipes to become available.

====================================================================================

Wood

Arrows are crafted from Wood instead of Firewood.  One Firewood makes 5 Wood.  Wood can
also be obtained from the various wood items in the game, much the same as Fuel Drafts.
These recycling recipes are at the Forge under Misc.  Note that I have added many Misc Objects
to the world, much in the same way I did with my Special Edition mod Junkmaster.

====================================================================================

Fur and Fat

Animals now drop Animal Fat, which is required for some Cooking recipes, but is mostly used
to craft Cloth Dyes.  Dyes also require Fuller's Earth, which is made at a Forge.  Fur is crafted
from animal pelts which have fur.  I've added Mammoth Pelts.  Fur is used to craft Fur Armor,
and recovered when recycling it.  It is also needed for some Clothing Items.

====================================================================================

Miscellany

Some Staves can be converted to scrolls at a forge.  You need paper rolls, and the number of scrolls
created (and the number of paper rolls needed) depends on the level of enchant on the staff.

Leather, Hide, and Fur Armors are now crafted at the Sewing and Lapidary Table, and recycled there.
I've added a material called Shadow Leather, which is used to craft some of the more esoteric leather items.

Butter can be crafted with a churn (in the Hearthfires house kitchen) if you have Milk in your inventory.
Milk can be obtained from cows using a unique power "Milk Cow."  This ability is obtained from
reading a small note found near some of the cows in Skyrim (Ivarstead, Whiterun Plains District,
Falkreath, Pelagia Farm, Riverwood, and Merryfair Farm outside of Riften).

Dwarven Metal can be smelted once the recipe is learned.  The book to learn it is found in a
certain wizard's laboratory among his many, many Dwarven relics.

If for some reason CRAFT CO items fail to show up on vendors or as drops, they can be
added manually via a potion.  The potion can be found just inside the Ratway in Riften,
to the left as you enter the first room.  The potion can also be crafted at the
Sewing and Lapidary Table, and requires no materials.

Some armor, clothes, and other items have had their names, prices, and Keywords adjusted.

Tempering Cuirasses, Two-Handed Weapons, and Shields requires 2 Ingots instead of 1.

Using any crafting furniture (Tanning Rack, Forge, Smelter, Sewing and Lapidary Table)
increases your Crafting (Smithing) level.  This doesn't include Cooking Pots.
