An Overhaul of Windhelm in 4K, 2K & 1K
Almost every Windhelm specific texture has been replaced, both exterior and interiors.
---Better Dynamic Snow is highly recommended as well as a good ENB---
(it's within "The Ruffled Feather v4.4" Mod in the Misc Section!!!)
* Also, I tried to implement parallax but ran into conflicts with the snow shaders causing only outdoor textures to not load.
If anyone has successfully gotten parallax meshes to work in Windhelm please let me know.
