This mod adds a script that disables first Civil War related conversations between Jarl Ulfric and Galmar as well as General Tullius and Legate Rikke, so you don't have to hear the same "Balgruuf won't give us a straight answer" every time you enter the Palace of the Kings.
I did some light testing and the script worked fine. You might want to listen to the whole conversation at least once but it shouldn't be really necessary.
