I made this to use with Socko's guild starter. I also like using one or more of the many furniture mods here on Nexus so I made it empty. The navmesh should be ok.
Let me know of problems and i'll try to fix them unless someone else ends up taking over.
I've been working on this quite a bit, and repaired some problems with interference of A few of the cells the mod uses. Then i began a fruitless journey wherein I tried to add an open tower to the back, accessed by a ladder from the extra room. However Jorvasker seems to include the back porch collision geometry that restricted movement. I had to undo all that progress and navmesh again. Everything seems to be working finally, so unless someone has a complaint i'll take a short break before continuing, although I may just pretty up the door transitions as much as I can.
I might revisit this mod later, although if someone else wants to improve it I'd be appreciative. Two things I would do is Add a diminutive well in the main room that works with campfire, and put a bathing room in the sleeping quarters area Or somewhere convenient, maybe its own room.
This is just a quick place holder while working on more extensive mods, but if i learn anything useful i'll probably apply it here as I use this mod myself. After having to keep polishing it up, and since it works good now, I'll probably keep using it.
