The vampires now have fangs. Also I did some normal map tweaks to make sure CotR nostrils are shaded properly.

Install this as a separate mod and enable it after you cure Serana (and disable it for new playthroughs). I"m currently looking into better options, but if you don't mind doing this, you can use this for now.
