Wet and Cold - HD textures

HD textures for the awesome Wet and Cold mod by Isoku.
They are for:
- Lined cloaks
- Knapsacks
- Soggy feet spray effect (this will reduce the milky effect strength)
Comparison screens added, but the soggy feet spray effect difference is most noticeable in-game.
I did it for my game and now I'm sharing it, I hope you like it.
