Update; Abandoned, but will leave up in case any useful patches..
I am making some small patches for different mods included in the STEP Extended v2.10.0 build to fit better with Requiem 3.4.0.
The ultimate goal is to patch each individual mod with Requiem, then merge those patches together along with the STEP Extended patch for one soli

WIP. Patches are mainly for my own personal use but I will share my progress here in case anyone finds them useful. People should use mod organizer for this and for installing the STEP build in the first place.. All credit and thanks to the original mod authors.

Step 1: Complete the STEP Extended 2.10.0 guide using mod Organizer https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.10.0
Step 2: Check for updates and get the latest version for each mod. (Except maybe 'Skyrim Flora Overhaul'... sucks for low end graphics).
NARC - Replace with the Requiem version from the same page
Ragdoll Paralysis should be replaced with Ragdoll Paralysis Redux -> https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83716
The following mods should be removed from the STEP extended build as their functionality is already included in Requiem or they are not compatible
Radiant and Unique Potions + Rustic potions: I think that the graphics placed on potion bottles etc. from these mods take away from the realism that Requiem is going for so I would suggest to replace this mod with Silly Level of Detail - Potions and Poisons (ceramic) which are a bit more subtle.
Appropriately Attired Jarls can be removed as this functionality is included in clothing and clutter fixes 2.2. (So be sure to update your mods!!)
Weapons and Armor Fixes:
I suggest removing both 'Weapons & Armor_TrueWeaponsLvlLists.esp' and 'Weapons & Armor_TrueOrcish&DaedricWeapons.esp'.
Requiem unlevels the leveled lists anyway and also has its own hierarchy for weapon materials:
(Arrows&Bows: Elven<Dwarven<Orcish, Weapons: Elven<Orcish<Dwarven) + (DragonBone<Daedric).
I will not include these plugins in my patches. (Also the KFR patch by UnmeiX is outdated and will not be used).
I suggest hiding the following Requiem files through mod-organiser -> information -> filetree:
scripts -> mineorescript.pex

- D13 Faster GET UP STAND UP animation
- Smaller Ice Spike and Ice Spear
- Clams Drop Pearls
- Modern Brawl Bug Fix
- Smithing Perks Overhaul

- Explosive Bolts Visualised ( Requiem already adds its own style of models and effects for bolts as well as adding bolts for all other materials, ie; daedric, ebony.... So in my opinion using both mods would just be inconsistent and so I will leave this out of my main build.)
