About this mod

The reason this mod exists is because I couldn't find a similar mod for my personal taste, so here we are.

Permissions and credits
Be aware that my intentions were to make the game feel more realistic and balanced, providing a bit of a challenge in some situations, so if you don't agree with me, that's okay, just ignore this mod. I also changed horse speeds because I don't use those horse overhauls like Convenient Horses and Immersive Horses, so I wanted to make them useful without heavy scripting.

Playable Character:

Sprinting: 500 to 450 (vanilla sprinting is ridiculously unrealistic especially if you consider he's probably wearing armor and carrying a lot of stuff)
Walking: 80 to 120 (roleplay walk is too slow in vanilla and you can't walk in the same speed as npcs. Now you'll probably use it more often for immersion)
Running: 370 to 320 (Again, trying to balance things here, I don't like how fast your PC runs in vanilla, especially in combat)
Walk sneaking: 047 to 60 (too slow in vanilla and if you use some mods to increase stealth difficulty you'll probably use it a lot in lower levels, because enemies can easily hear you in normal sneaking)
Sneaking: 222 to 150 (decided to nerf this because vanilla is unrealistic and too OP, I'm sorry but I like challenge. I tried to not make it much slower than the NPCs so melee sneak attacks in movement are still possible)

Horse:

Walking: 125 to 150 (vanilla walking speed is too slow, I don't think it's natural)
Running: 450 (no changes, and since PC sprinting speed is now 450, your horse will run in the same speed as you are sprinting except there's no stamina cost so horses are actually quite useful)
Sprinting: 600 to 800 (again, trying to make horses useful. Sprinting is now a lot more fast but horses have a poor amount of stamina, so I tried to make sprint more useful in this short time)
Swimming: 210 to 300 (quality of life change. Horse swimming is annoying so why not speed up a little heh?)

I also did make some changes in combat. The drawing bow, blocking and magic casting speeds are now 100. This will provide you more difficulty in combat and also makes the perks for normal speed while drawing bow and blocking more balanced (I don't like how fast the PC moves with those perks in vanilla). There's no perk to increase magic casting move speed (at least not in vanilla) but again, I like challenge. I think it's balanced especially if you are using magic mods.

COMPATIBILITY:

Obviously not compatible with any mods that change default speeds (some perk mods like SPERG add perks to increase movement speeds, those are okay). If you use Wildcat the combat changes will not apply, I couldn't do anything about it, sorry. The rest should be okay.

Be safe and stay home.
