Anyway, I'm not even sure what high heels are you specifically asking for, or why should a mod be compatible with it. High heels are just high heels, either they work or they dont, and some of them have a special dependency on a very specific mod, which you should be aware of because it comes with each mod's particular requirement list. Finally, I've used that mod for ages, and I'm pretty sure the high heels are perfectly functional.
That's gotta be a first... Well, I have used that outfit with no problems. So it's probably something on your end. Could be a number of reasons from missing mod resources to lack of system capabilities, or mod conflicts. Could be even a random bug event that triggered once, unless it happens consistenly to you every time. Unfortunately, theres not much I can do to help there, since it's your game and your mods, this is as far as i can offer some advice.
